“Master, i regret to inform you that we’ve lost contact with another of our monitoring stations along the northern periphery of the Gorthorian Sand Sea. Communications have been unresponsive for a standard week. The cogitator banks predict we have lost 42.63% of our ability to predict and track future time anomalies and warp storms due to this string of probable station losses.”
“Determine the next most probable target and send in a pack of hunters. Whatever is taking root here must be hunted and excised. This has the stink of Xenos to it. Far too measured and subtle for the slaves of the Corpse Emperor or the Children of the Gods.
Send my Emmisary as well. Tell him I expect specimens or slaves. I will not let Octavian’s thirst for slaughter be at the expense of my wishes. Bring me the Blood Witches as well, with the amount of gore they’ve splashed about I want an explanation on their failure to detect these losses.”
